- Custom/personalized items are not returnable unless defective
Return Conditions
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original packaging
- With all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Return Process
- Contact customer service at support@teemi.store
- Receive return authorization and instructions
- Ship item back using provided return label
- Refund processed within 5-10 business days after receipt
Refund Policy
- Full refund for defective or incorrect items
- Return shipping costs deducted for customer-initiated returns
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Refunds issued to original payment method
PayPal Transactions
For PayPal payments:
- Refunds will be processed back to your PayPal account
- If item is “Significantly Not as Described” or counterfeit, full refund required
- For “Item Not Received” claims, we provide tracking proof and delivery confirmation
- We maintain compliance with PayPal’s Seller Protection requirements
Disputes and Chargebacks
- We respond to all PayPal disputes within 10 days
- Documentation including tracking, delivery proof, and communication records are provided
- For unauthorized transaction claims, we provide shipping and delivery evidence
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colors (subject to availability).
Damaged/Defective Items
Contact us immediately with photos. We will provide replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
